  3. Techniques for time and schedule.<\/span>\u00a0 Learn how to manage the family calendar and daily schedule.<\/li>\n
  4. How to have “you” time<\/span>.\u00a0Learn to care for your body, mind and nurturing your spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
