The future that my clients hope for is uncluttered, productive and intentional. They want to live the life they imagined, free from clutter and distraction. \u00a0How do you turn that intention into your lifestyle?<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Compelling reasons to act<\/h3>\n<p>There&#8217;s lots of good reasons, but do you have a compelling reason? \u00a0Intentional living requires the most compelling of reasons. It&#8217;s the reason to postpone a reward now, for your future self. \u00a0Adults and kids struggle with this. \u00a0(Have you heard of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/joachim_de_posada_says_don_t_eat_the_marshmallow_yet\"> Marshmellow experiment<\/a>?) \u00a0Your personal compelling reason, the reason that stops \u00a0you from purchasing more, helps you let go of more and keeps your goal front and center is key. \u00a0People who believe their actions affect their destiny have a higher motivation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Moving into action<\/h3>\n<p>To create the life they imagined, it&#8217;s moving from intention into action. \u00a0The decisions and choices my clients face are what we all often struggle with. Its different questions. \u00a0What do I do now to have the greatest\u00a0impact on the future? \u00a0As you step back and take in the big picture of your intention to live well, what do you see and what would you like that to look like? What is a baby step you can take to move in the direction of your intention? \u00a0Choose one of these, or your own question, to help you get started.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>When intentional living gets the most difficult<\/h3>\n<p>True integrity is doing the things that are harder in the moment.
