They uses their strengths in different ways given their executive function weaknesses. My clients have<a href=\"https:\/\/professional-organizer.com\/WordPress\/empowering-creative-solutions-for-adhd-challenges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> created frameworks<\/a> that help them live purposeful and productive lives. With time, paper, and stuff challenges, they look to what works for them to create solutions. These solutions often include innovative routines and habits incorporated into their days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Support and team work are essential elements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Support is essential for ADHD. That can look like many different things, from professional support to help at home, from every day tasks to those that are big picture. <a href=\"https:\/\/professional-organizer.com\/WordPress\/adhd-and-team-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Creating a team<\/a> engages and enhances productivity. These are well established elements for ADHD success.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Keep learning, keep looking for solutions, keep curious<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Knowing more about ADHD is important. It&#8217;s all about learning. Learning by podcast with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fasterthannormal.com\/adhd-how-to-keep-your-act-together-with-professional-productivity-consultant-organizer-ellen-delap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Faster than Normal,<\/a> reading books like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/ADD-Friendly-Ways-Organize-Your-Life\/dp\/1138190748\/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_img_0?_encoding=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;refRID=1C46NX3ECR67PZV1TMS8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ADD Friendly Ways to Organize<\/a>, or attending the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/ADD-Friendly-Ways-Organize-Your-Life\/dp\/1138190748\/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_img_0?_encoding=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;refRID=1C46NX3ECR67PZV1TMS8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">International Conference on ADHD<\/a>. The more you, your family, your colleagues and teachers know, the more success in living the life you imagine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A new diagnosis of ADHD brings with it the opportunity to learn about neurodiversity, organizing and productivity. \u00a0How will this new learning bring new perspectives and new options to you? \u00a0Are there ideas to share with your family on ADHD and school this year? \u00a0There\u2019s so many ways to learn about organizing and productivity. \u00a0Here are some of my favorites!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Podcasts<\/h3>\n<p>One of my most favorite learning tools is learning by podcast. It\u2019s a once a year ADHD event that brings together experts, research, resources and those with ADHD.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whatever route you take to learn, now is the best time to investigate and invest in resources that support you.
