I love this term “keystone habits.” What’s so great is that it shortens the list of habits to just a few, but still has far reaching results. Wonderful!
I try for good sleep, exercise, and nutrition. I get there many days, but not all. The sleep one seems to be one I can’t control. I seem to only have control over when I get in bed, not how well I sleep.
The daily learning is a fun one. I learn from my clients every day, talking about their lives and their stuff. It’s effortless for me, and one of the many “perks” of what I do!
I love how keystone habits make the development of other positive habits that much easier. Most of the keystone habits you mentioned I do. However, I’m not a big meal planner. I have a casual way of ensuring we have enough fresh ingredients to assemble meals easily. We also use the “capsule” clothing method to apply to eating. We have a limited number of healthy foods we enjoy. Those are the ones I stock.
